Soon, everyone in Saranac Lake will be able to look up and once again see a true Adirondack icon. Hotel Saranac will cap off the Saranac Lake Winter Carnival‘s next to last day by bringing our hotel’s iconic sign back to life!

The official lighting countdown is scheduled for 5:30 p.m. sharp on Feb. 11 with Saranac Lake Mayor Clyde Rabideau. Plus, there will be a special token for the first 50 people who arrive!

The Adirondack Carousel on Depot Street will host the official sign lighting event. In addition to carousel rides, there will be food and free hot chocolate being served starting at 4:30. The Adirondack Carousel is also extending its hours for the event to 6 p.m.

Chef Cathy Hohmeyer of Lake Clear Lodge & Retreat will be selling food with an Adirondack Wildlife theme, and we’ll be dancing to the beats of local DJ Funky Cold Medina!
