Our Party Package
Make your celebration unforgettable by renting the Adirondack Carousel in Saranac Lake for a private, joy-filled party your guests will always remember. Our two-hour party package includes up to 20 guests, unlimited carousel rides, a private party room with a play center, time for cake and gifts, use of our catering kitchen, tables and chairs, and a special gift for the birthday child.

Please complete the following form. The data you enter will be used to provide you with the Event / Party Contract. If you prefer, you can download our fillable pdf version of the Event / Party Contract, complete it, e-mail it, mail it to us, or drop it off at the Adirondack Carousel during normal business hours. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your device to ensure the calculations within the downloadable form work.
*Note: Each additional guest in addition to the 20 permitted in the package is $5. During open hours the maximum number of guests must not exceed 30 people. For more than 30 people you will need to book an after hours party.
CAROUSEL
RULES
- A child must be 3 years old or 36" tall to ride the Carousel alone.
- A parent or guardian must stand next to a child who cannot ride alone.
- All children must be seated when the Carousel is in motion.
- Riders must not change animals while the Carousel is in motion.
- Only one rider per animal.
- No food or drinks are allowed on the Carousel.
- No running or horseplay on the Carousel.
- No live animals, except service animals, are allowed on the Carousel.
ALCOHOL PERMIT
REQUIRED
Consumption of alcohol is prohibited, unless an appropriate liquor license is obtained through the NYS Liquor Authority. An individual can obtain a Temporary Beer and Wine permit for a small fee. The person who the permit is issued to must provide The Adirondack Carousel with a certificate of insurance from their homeowner policy. A licensed vender can also obtain an off premise license. The vender is responsible for obtaining an off premise license to serve alcohol for the event to be held at the Carousel. The vender will provide a certificate of insurance indicating coverage for themselves. The Adirondack Carousel and The Village of Saranac Lake will be added on as additional insured for the event/date. All licenses and certificates of insurance must be received 7 days prior to the event.
